About Ranthambore National Park

Ranthambore National Park is famous for being one of the best places to view majestic predators in their natural habitat. It was once the royal hunting grounds of the Maharajas of Jaipur and has since captured the imagination of wildlife enthusiasts worldwide. Located in Rajasthan’s Sawai Madhopur district and surrounded by the Aravali and Vindhya hill ranges, the park features the ruins of the past and is overlooked by the massive Ranthambhore Fort. The park’s dry deciduous forests provide an excellent opportunity to spot the wild king, who can be seen lounging in the waters or stalking prey during the day.

ITINERARY –

We offer you a 2-night and 3-day stay in Ranthambhore. Our itinerary is carefully designed keeping in mind the needs for a great wildlife experience. Our professional team of drivers and naturalists who know the forest like the back of their hand make sure that our guests have an unforgettable journey in the deciduous heaven of Ranthambhore. The itinerary includes accommodation in a resort with 4-star amenities, sumptuous food, 3 jungle safaris in a canter, and surface transfers from Sawai Madhopur station.

DAY 0 – Evening departure for Ranthambore

(If you wish to come by flight then the nearest airport is Jaipur 160 kms & you can take an early morning flight on 11th October 2024)

DAY 1 – Arrival at Ranthambhore and afternoon jungle safari
Arrive in Sawai Madhopur by 06:30 a.m. and transfer to the resort. Visit Ranthambhore Fort in the morning and check into the resort. Post some rest and lunch we head for our first jungle safari with our team of experts. Dinner and overnight stay at the resort.

DAY 2 – Morning and afternoon jungle safaris
Leave for an early morning jungle safari. Return to the resort for breakfast followed by leisure time. Post lunch, we leave for another jungle safari. Dinner and overnight stay at the resort.

DAY 3 – Morning safari & Departure to Airport or Railway station
Leave for an early morning jungle safari. Return to the resort for breakfast. Check out of the resort in the afternoon and depart from Sawai Madhopur station at 08:30 pm in August Kranti Express. Or, If you wish to take a flight then drive to Jaipur.

DAY 4 – Arrive in Mumbai ( For train travellers )
Arrive in Mumbai with fond memories of the trip.

Exclusions :-

Airfare / Train Fare – Cost for supplementary services.
Cost for Airfare, Train fare, and Insurance Premiums.
Cost for service provided on a personal request.
Cost for personal expenses such as laundry, bottled water, soft drinks, incidentals, porter charges, tips etc.
Cost for any other service not mentioned under the “Cost Includes” head.
Difference in cost arising due to change in Taxes by the Government which will have to be collected directly ON ARRIVAL.
Differences in cost arising due to mishaps, political unrest, and natural calamities. In such cases, extra will have to be paid on the spot by the guest directly.

Reservation & Confirmation Policy:

At least 50% advance of the total amount for the confirmation and balance 50% 15 days before check-in.
Bookings made less than 15 days before the check-in date should be accompanied by full payment only.
Full Payment mandatory before check-in. (no payments are entertained at the property unless any extra service or deposit)
Scanned Copy of Govt. Approved ID Card of Booking person mandatory while booking. (Pan Cards are not accepted).

Cancellation Policy:

Booking cancelled is not refundable.
Booking cancelled between the date of booking & 15 Days before check-in – A credit note(email) worth 90% of the amount paid will be issued which can be used within two months from the cancellation date for future rebooking of the same property except on Public Holidays & Peak Season (Month of December).
Bookings cancelled between 15 days till the day of check-in or No Show: Cancellation Charge is 100% of the Package Cost.

Special Policy under COVID-19 (Only In case there is Lockdown or Travel Ban issued by State or Central Gov)
A credit note worth 100% of the booking amount will be issued, which can be used within two months for future booking on weekends only from the date lockdown or travel Ban is lifted by State or Central Govt.
