a private agricultural estate situated close to the Phansad Sanctuary in Raigad district, Maharashtra.

Located about 3 hours drive from both Mumbai and Pune city, it is a perfect and easily accessible getaway. We are a short drive from the famous sandy beach of Kashid known for its spectacular sunsets and the wonders of the Konkan coast defined by pretty coastal fishing villages, ancient temples and historic forts such as Murud Janjira and Revdanda.

Our cottages are built on stilts, with comfortable AC rooms and a private sit out. The surrounding common spaces include a swimming pool, open lawns, landscaped trails, kitchen gardens and fruit orchards as well as a reservoir lake. Our home kitchen caters regional and Indian cuisine using seasonal produce and local flavors. Meals are by the poolside dining area with ample segregated seating. Our Staff are well trained and delighted to be at your service. We are pet friendly.
