The property has a river touch studio villa and a garden facing cottage with 4 rooms. There is plenty space to run around and play or lounge around, and a quite corner to lay on the hammock. Guest with pets are permitted . Enter into a completely different world as you choose to spend some precious moments with your family and loved ones, filled with joy in this serene location adjacent to the flowing Page river. There are plentiful arrangements for fun like one can spend unlimited time in the lawn area or charge up for some outdoor sports like cycling, and group games. It is best place to plan a pocket friendly vacation with friends and family and have a pleasurable time together.

The Rustic Country Side riverfront villa  can accommodate 8 persons
 Includes air conditioning.
The bungalow has two levels. The lower level has one room adjacent with a living area. They both open out to a patio, right next to the flowing river.
The floor above has a bedroom with a bay window overlooking the river.
There are two toilets, one on each floor.

We have two types of accommodation at the property Villa & Cottages**

Garden Cottage Karjat (For More People with Additional Cost  or small Family ):

• The cottage has 4 rooms
• Room 1 : Deluxe, with AC and TV with Attached toilet. ( For Single couple – 2 Person)
• Rooms 2 & 3 : Super deluxe rooms with AC,s one TV (Room 2) and sharing toilet ( For family with children – 4 person)
• Room 4 : Budget room( One bedroom apartment for 6 people). fitted one AC and sharing toilet .

Meals :

• Buffet meals( Veg and Non veg)  are provided at cost per person.
• Meals are chargeable for (vegetarians / non-vegetarians)
• Meals include: Lunch, evening tea with bhajjias, a barbecue and bonfire with dinner, and breakfast in the morning with tea and biscuits.
• Option is available if guest do not opt for barbecue, Rs 250 can be reduced from above meal package.
• Above meals are served in the common Gazebo together with all the guests in the property.

Amenities :

* 700 sq. feet common Gazebo on the bank of the river.

* Separate four bedroom unit with three toilets is also provided.

* We provide clean bed sheets, pillows, blankets and towel.

* Additional persons are allowed for each above stated units at Rs 800 per person. extra cots / mattresses are provided.

* You can peacefully accompany your pets as it is a pet friendly place. Charges per pet/day Rs 500 is charged.

* We have wellness zone where Jacuzzi, lapping pool, steam room and rain showers are provided.
