About Hampi Backpacking Tour
Hampi is an ancient village in the south Indian state of Karnataka. It’s dotted with numerous ruined temple complexes from the Vijayanagara Empire. On the south bank of the River Tungabhadra is the 7th-century Hindu Virupaksha Temple, near the revived Hampi Bazaar. A carved stone chariot stands in front of the huge Vittala Temple site. Southeast of Hampi, Daroji Bear Sanctuary is home to the Indian sloth bear.

Itinerary for Hampi Backpacking Trip (3N/4D) :
DAY 0 : – Departure from Mumbai to Hospete
Take train from Mumbai to Hospete.
DAY 1 : – Visit Badami
Wake up and freshen up. Post Breakfast we’ll start our travel to Badami
– Visit to Pattadakal – a World Heritage Site which has 10 major temples representing early Chalukyan architecture. Whilst Aihole is known as the “Cradle of Indian Architecture”. Finally, Badami, is magnificently situated in a canyon, and scattered amongst the surrounding hills famous for its large rock-cut caves.

Day 2 : – Hampi Sightseeing Day 1
Morning After Breakfast
Our day starts with sightseeing the ancient ruins in and around Hampi town which also encompasses the city’s most sacred enclave of The architecturally rich Virupaksha temple and ghats, Kadalekalu Ganesha, Hemakuta Hill, Sasivekalu Ganesha, Hampi Bazaar.
Our Day ends with a Sunset from Hemakuta Hill and a Stroll around the Tungabhadra River.
Overnight in Hampi
DAY 3 : – More Hampi – Hippe Island – Sanapur – Anjedari
(If you are lucky you get to see Laxmi Temple Elephant in River bathing 8:00 AM)
Catch boat at Boating point to cross the Tungabhadra River.
Situated in the countryside amongst sandstone hills, lakes, and peaceful farmlands is Anegundi’s rather relaxed backpackers heaven.
Day Start on a moped with visiting Pampa Sarovar followed by a small hike (30 min uphill) to see a panoramic view of Hampi from Anjani Parvat (Lord Hanuman Birth Place) Houses a very beautiful Hanuman Temple on top of the hill, also known as Monkey Temple. Relax and Take pictures.
Afternoon have Lunch at the cafe next to the paddy field.
Enjoy the rest of the day exploring the green paddy field hamlet at leisure.
Post lunch experience coracle ride & water activities .
Evening return back to Boating Point (Remember Last Boat 5:30 PM)
DAY 4 : – More Hampi & Back to Mumbai
Good Morning!
Post breakfast. Today as our sightseeing marathon continues, we visit famous monuments. Hop into Auto Rickshaw Today as our sightseeing marathon continues visiting remaining sites.
Post Lunch. We’ll catch the Train from Hospete to Mumbai (14:00 Hrs).

DAY 5 : – Arrival in Mumbai
Tour Cost : INR 22000 / person (Dusshera Special Batch)

- At least 50% advance of the total amount for the confirmation and balance 50% 15 days before check-in.
- Bookings made less than 15 days before the check-in date should be accompanied by full payment only.
- Full Payment mandatory before check-in. (no payments are entertained at the property unless any extra service or deposit )
- Scanned Copy of Govt. Approved ID Card of Booking person mandatory while booking. (Pan Cards are not accepted).
Cancellation Policy :

- Booking canceled is not refundable.
- Booking canceled between the date of booking & 15 Days before check-in – A credit note(email) worth 90% of the amount paid will be issued which can be used within two months from the cancellation date for future rebooking of the same property except on Public Holidays & Peak Season (Month of December).
- Bookings canceled between 15 days till the day of check-in or No Show: Cancellation Charge is 100% of the Package Cost.
Special Policy under COVID-19 (Only In case there is Lockdown or Travel Ban issued by State or Central Gov)
A credit note worth 100% of the booking amount will be issued, which can be used within two months for future booking on weekends only from the date lockdown or travel Ban is lifted by State or Central Govt.

- Rebooking is not applicable in December,
- No Refunds.
- Total Booking amount to remain the same.
- Extra Person & Extra Meals will be at actuals to be paid during rebooking.
