Tadoba Tiger Safari

Tadoba – Andhari Tiger reserve is a pristine and unique eco-system located in the Chandrapur district of Maharashtra. The reserve contains some of the best forest tracts and has emerged as a wonderful habitat for the Royal Bengal Tiger. It is also one of the 28 projects Tiger Reserves. With almost 50 tigers on the reserve and an area of 632 sq. km.; this bamboo forest is rightly referred to as “The Jewel of Vidarbha”.

The name ‘Tadoba’ is the name of the God ‘Tadoba’ or “Taru”, worshipped by the tribals and is famed to live in the dense forests of Tadoba and Andhari region. Tadoba’s southern tropical dry deciduous forest of Deccan Peninsula comprises teak forests with bamboo thicket, which are wildlife’s dream. It lies in Chandrapur District and is Maharashtra’s oldest National Park created in 1955. The National Park is 623 sq. kms in area, consisting of two forested rectangles of the Tadoba and Andhari range. The best thing about the park is that it remains open all round the year, even in the monsoons.

Itinerary :

Day 1 : Arrival at Nagpur and transfer to Tadoba and first Safari in the afternoon
As we arrive at Nagpur early in the morning, post breakfast in Nagpur a three hours drive takes us to Tadoba National Park. We transfer to the serene resort upon arrival. Lunch is served at the resort, post which we head for our first jungle safari to Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve and experience the majestic wildlife. Dinner and overnight stay at the resort.

Day 2 : Jungle Safari – Morning and Evening
The day starts early as we leave for a morning jungle safari. Upon return, breakfast is served. Post some leisure time, and after lunch at the resort, we leave for another exciting jungle safari. Dinner and overnight stay at the resort.

Day 3 : Post morning safari, leave for Nagpur.
Leave for early morning jungle safari. Depart for Nagpur post lunch. Take the evening flight back to Mumbai.

Exclusions:

• Airfare / Train Fare – Cost for supplementary services.
• Cost for Airfare, Train fare, and Insurance Premiums.
• Cost for service provided on a personal request.
• Cost for personal expenses such as laundry, bottled water, soft drinks, incidentals, porter charges, tips etc.
• Cost for any other service not mentioned under the “Cost Includes” head.
• Difference in cost arising due to change in Taxes by the Government which will have to be collected directly ON ARRIVAL.
• Differences in cost arising due to mishaps, political unrest, and natural calamities. In such cases, extra will have to be paid on the spot by the guest directly.

Reservation & Confirmation Policy:

• At least 50% advance of the total amount for the confirmation and balance 50% 15 days before check-in.
• Bookings made less than 15 days before the check-in date should be accompanied by full payment only.
• Full Payment mandatory before check-in. (no payments are entertained at the property unless any extra service or deposit)
• Scanned Copy of Govt. Approved ID Card of Booking person mandatory while booking. (Pan Cards are not accepted).

Cancellation Policy:

• Booking cancelled is not refundable.
• Booking cancelled between the date of booking & 15 Days before check-in – A credit note(email) worth 90% of the amount paid will be issued which can be used within two months from the cancellation date for future rebooking of the same property except on Public Holidays & Peak Season (Month of December).
• Bookings cancelled between 15 days till the day of check-in or No Show: Cancellation Charge is 100% of the Package Cost.

Special Policy under COVID-19 (Only In case there is Lockdown or Travel Ban issued by State or Central Gov)
A credit note worth 100% of the booking amount will be issued, which can be used within two months for future booking on weekends only from the date lockdown or travel Ban is lifted by State or Central Govt.

Note :

• Rebooking is not applicable in December
• No Refunds
• Total Booking amount to remain the same.
• Extra Person & Extra Meals will be at actuals to be paid during rebooking.
